A dream project...

We that when you live in your country house the only thing you want to do is reast sourended by green fields and serene lakes, with the morning breeze. That is why Hacienda La Presita is divided in three phases.

Infrastructure.

Hacienda La Presita has a total of 23.75 hectares of which 13.76 which are meant for the residential area with lots that go from 500m² to 1,822.86m². The rest is designed for a security toll, streets, green areas, two artificial lakes, one of 2,000m² and the other being 6,000m²

Club house.

The club house will be of 4,500m² and will be built in a time fram of 2 years with vanguard ammenities.

 

Said ammenities will be:

  • Common Area.

  • Children's playground and pool.

  • Hot water pool.

  • Bar.

  • Sauna, vapor room & Jacuzzi.

  • Showers.

  • BBQ Area.

  • Two paddle tennis courts.

  • Transport shuttle from the club house to centro in San Miguel de Allende.
